Happy New Year!!

Can you believe it? It is almost 2010, what a crazy concept! So with the start of a new year we have resolutions. One of the biggest is "lose weight and get in shape", how can I get started? So many times our good intentions are hard to implement when we don't have the knowledge we need to get a program started affectively. Let one of our personal trainers help you get started on the road to success. You can do individual sessions or 3 paks, 6 paks, or 12 paks, stop by the fitness desk and see who would be available to fit your schedule to get you jump started on your "new" fitness program.
