I have personally seen people that could barely walk, doing laps around the track in no time at all. It has helped their balance, their muscle strength and their self esteem! I have done it myself and can tell you that it will give a total body workout, it's great!
Join us at 12:00pm and 5:30pm in The Summit Conference rooms. Our upcoming dates are March 16 and 30th, as well as April 6th. We will walk at The Summit's indoor track.
