Women's Weight Training

Hey ladies! Come check out this new class we are offering. Weight training basics will be offered Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:30am to 6:30am and Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 7:00pm to 8:00pm. You asked for some different classes at different times and now you have it. Please sign up at the front desk or give us a call at 751-4100 and we will get you registered. This class is free to members and available to non members for the regular day fee price.
