Come and join us for the next lecture in our fall lecture series. Chi Gong for Everyone-Mind/Body Benefits will be presented by Denise Nisson, Summit fitness instructor . Denise will explain and demonstrate some of the benefits of Chi Gong . Chi Gong helps develop balance, relaxation and improves respiration and circulation.
