It's that time again. The first Thursday of every month we do our community cholesterol screening. This is held from 7:00am to 10:00am in one of our conference rooms. This is a walk-in clinic with not appointment necessary. Cost on this is $30.00 for a complete screening...LDL, HDL, Triglycerides, Glucose and their ratios. We do offer a 10% discount for senior citizens. Please remember to fast 12 hours prior to coming in, water is of course ok or black coffee.

Swim Team to Start Soon
Starting November 17 running through February 12 the morning lap swim schedule will change. The 6:00 to 7:30am time frame will be utilized by the Highschool swim team for their practises. The pool will still be available for lap swim from 5:00am to 6:00am.On another similar note, the multi-use pool will be closed on Saturday, November 19, from 7:00am to 5:00pm and Sunday, November 20, from 7:00am to 2:00pm for a Kats Swim Meet.
